Teresa and Bryan have been partners for nearly 40 years. They raised four children, worked in real estate, owned several businesses and traveled the world on a catamaran.

In summer 2023 they were sailing in Alaska and had engine trouble, they looked for a place to haul the boat out and found Hoonah. From the moment they set foot there, they felt it was a special place. Through a series of fortunate events they came to buy property in Hoonah and the desire to share it was born.

In summer 2025 they held three retreats, a women’s, a couple’s and a men’s. They had fun sharing the beauty of this place and the people that attended enjoyed their time enough to want to come back!
